Then we'll do an exercise to identify where negative self talk is showing up in your life. 

Lesson 2: The Impact of Negative Self Talk

Discover the truth of how negative self talk really impacts our life whether we know it or not. I'll reveal some surprising real life examples of how people just like you have been holding themselves back big time by not taking care of their negative self talk. I'll also guide you through an exercise on how to uncover how negative self talk is really impacting your life and how this awareness is essential for overcoming it. 

Lesson 3: Challenging Negative Self Talk

Let's talk about the common cognitive distortions that people find themselves stuck with when falling prey to negative self talk. I'll show you how to recognize these distortions in your thinking so that you can overcome them. I'll guide you through a cognitive restructuring exercise to help you identify and rephrase negative thoughts into positive or neutral ones. 

Lesson 4: Developing Positive Self Talk

This is the most important lesson where I will reveal exactly how to develop a positive inner dialogue. It might sound simple, but for most people, this is a big challenge where they can do it for a moment, but not on a consistent basis. I'll guide you through exercises to help you develop a positive self talk that lasts and builds your confidence and power on a deeper level. 

Lesson 5: Mindfulness & Self Compassion

This lesson will be rejuvenating and fun as I walk you through some mindfulness and meditation practices that'll help you develop more self compassion. By grounding ourselves and breathing deeply, we'll be able to tap back into that part of ourself that is happy, empowered and compassionate who would not let negative self talk enter the mind. 

Lesson 6: Your Embodied Action Plan For Moving Forward

Let's learn how to move forward in a way that empowers us to think positively! Here I'll walk you through creating an action plan with realistic and achievable goals and the specific steps that you need to take in order to reduce or entirely eliminate your negative self talk moving forward.

And I've been passionately obsessed with understanding the mind ever since I reached adulthood.

This conglomeration of knowledge led me down a path of relentlessly teaching people from around the world, and seeing crazy results in the process. 

I call this new philosophy "Spiritualogic" - a new way of thinking that gives you an unfair advantage in life. 

It's all about practical and logical knowledge that allows you to effortlessly change your mindset and perception in a way that literally creates an entirely *new you* that can experience MORE of what you were truly brought to this world to experience.
